On April 24, the Randall Police Department was informed of an assault that occurred within the city of Randall. Upon further investigation, police learned that a male subject, 21-year-old Keith Richard Ritchie-Heyer of Randall went to an address to collect a debt. The victim was 19-year-old Bryce Wiese, also of Randall.
Wiese told police he was unable to pay off the debt. Ritchie-Heyer allegedly tackled Bryce and struck him repeatedly in the forehead with his fists. According to the criminal complaint, injuries sustained during the altercation were a deep cut to the forehead and bruising around both eye sockets. The police officer said he observed large amounts of blood reportedly from the victim inside the residence.
The Randall Police Department was assisted by deputies of the Morrison County Sheriff’s Department. Ritchie-Heyer was arrested and transported to the Morrison County Jail where he now awaits formal charging for assault.
The Randall Fire Department and Gold Cross Ambulance also assisted at the scene with the injuries sustained during the assault.
