The Volunteer Attorney Program (VAP) for Central Minnesota Legal Services (CMLS), in St. Cloud, has scheduled a community education seminar on wills and probate issues for Tuesday, April 30, at the Little Falls Senior Center, 510 Seventh St. N.E., Little Falls, from 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.
The presenter, Brigid Fitzgerald, Esq., of Rosenmeier Law Office in Little Falls, will speak. During her presentation, Fitzgerald will provide information on the following topics: why have a will; healthcare directors; witnesses to one’s will; death taxes; life estates; joint tenancy; and trusts vs. wills. Fitzgerald will also be available to answer any questions from the audience.
