Two men were arrested and charged with first degree burglary for allegedly breaking into an occupied residence on Second Street Northeast behind the fire hall in Little Falls.
The Little Falls Police Department was notified at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, that a burglary was in progress. Officers spoke with the residents of the home and learned the suspects left the residence on foot prior to their arrival.
After officers gathered a description, a short time later, they located Christian Dahn, 31, of Little Falls and Joshua Byker, 30, of Pierz, nearby.
The suspects allegedly had items stolen from the residence with them and were arrested.
The Little Falls Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Morrison County Sheriff’s Department, the Minnesota State Patrol and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
