Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Anthony Carl Scofield,  42, Little Falls — In connection with an April 28 incident, Scofield has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Charles Wayne Lickteig, 63, Little Falls — In connection with an April 26 incident, Lickteig has been charged with two counts of DWI and one count of driving after cancellation.

• Arlene Marie Isom, 61, Little Falls — In connection with an April 27 incident, Isom has been charged with two counts of DWI.

If found guilty, they  face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
