Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Michael Lynn Sundt Jr.,  33, Little Falls — In connection with May 4 incident, Sundt has been charged with one count of obstructing legal process with force and one count of disorderly conduct.

• Daniel Stephen Cluever, 40, Little Falls — In connection with a  May 3 incident, Cluever has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.

If found guilty, they  face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
