Little Falls woman to be extradited to South Dakota

Connie Lynn Jackson, 43, Little Falls, was charged in District Court May 3, with one count of being a fugitive from justice. She has been charged with a felony in South Dakota and allegedly fled that state to avoid prosecution.

On April 26, the South Dakota State Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for Jackson for alleged parole violations.

On May 1, Jackson was arrested in Morrison County for the warrant and officials in South Dakota confirmed they would extradite her.

In an attempt by a Morrison County investigator to interview Jackson, she declined and asked for an attorney.
