Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Mark Allen Tweith, 45, Lakeville — In connection with May 12 incident, Tweith has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Susan Mary Schleicher, 53, Hillman — In connection with an April 3 incident, Schleicher has been charged with two counts of DWI.

If found guilty, they face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
