Elderly traffic victim identified as Jacqueline Losen of Little Falls

The 81-year-old woman who lost her life in a traffic accident Monday, May 27, has been identified at Jacqueline Losen of Little Falls.

Losen was traveling north in her 2007 Dodge Caravan on Highway 10 about 4:44 p.m. and attempted to make a left turn onto 190th Street, when she was struck by a 2008 Honda Accord driven by James R. Fisher, 48, of Minneapolis. Fisher and his two passengers were traveling south on Highway 10. The passengers included Marilyn Fisher, 75, also of Minneapolis and Jacqueline Fisher, 21, of Cedar. The Fishers received non-life threatening injuries.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Losen was not wearing a seat belt and no airbag deployed.

All three Fishers were wearing seat belts and their airbags deployed.

Alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
