Thank you letters, 6-2-13 issue

To the Editor:

On behalf of the American Legion Auxiliary of Royalton, I would like to thank all of the business owners who donated for our annual poppy drive for all our veterans and their programs. Also thank you to the ladies for volunteering their time for our veterans. May God bless all of you. — Sue Krystosek, Legion Auxiliary, Royalton

To the Editor:

Thank you to all in the Royalton Elementary School community who contributed to our “Cash for Splash” coin drive. With your “spare change,” we raised over $2,300. Thank you for such great community support, we speak for the kids when we say thank you. — Amy Schoenrock, Royalton Splash Park Committee, Royalton

To the Editor:

It is with great appreciation that we say “thank you” to the very many, many people who in many ways assisted in making the day of 10 rural school reunions both fun and successful. Without that help and the media’s, print and radio, those reunions would not have been possible. All good things must come to an end as have the country school picnics. Thank you one and all. — June Brutscher and Dorothy Lindquist, rural school reunion, Little Falls

To the Editor:

There is a song that begins,  “How can we say thank you for the things you have done for us.” On behalf of the Friends of Linden Hill, the Board and the Garden Grounds Committee, we say “thank you.” We were all enriched by the community outreach “Day of Caring.” The youths and Minnesota National Guard personnel who fanned out throughout the nine acres of grounds, worked diligently to clean and beautify our community treasure. — Patricia Sharon and Denis Dolan, Linden Hill, Little Falls

To the Editor:

Thank you to all who gave donations to Birthline for the Mother’s Day carnations. A special thank you to the coordinator and to Dale and his crew at Falls Floral. May God bless you all. — Dorene Czeck, Birthline flower coordinator, Bowlus
