Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Matthew Logan Kalahar,  28, Little Falls — In connection with a June 7 incident, Kalahar has been charged with one count of interfering with a 911 call and domestic assault.

• Bruce Dean Gaffke, 49, Cushing — In connection with a June 8 incident, Gaffke has been charged with one count of driving restrictions, third degree – refusal to submit to chemical test and one count of fourth degree DWI.

• Alan Glenn Cooper, 60, Menahga — In connection with an April 26 incident, Cooper has been charged with one count of domestic abuse.

• Allen Edward Gosiak, 22, Little Falls — In connection with an April 27 incident, Gosiak has been charged with two counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor, two counts of driver/owner allow open bottle 18, one count of driving after revocation and one count of speeding.

• Donald Edward Forpahl, 47, Randall — In connection with a June 15 incident, Forpahl has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Michael DeWayne Thompson, 66, Cocoa, Fla.  — In connection with a June 17 incident, Thompson has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.

• James Michael Pinkston, 43, St. Cloud — In connection with a Feb. 19 incident, Pinkston has been charged with one count of theft.

• Frank Joseph Sowada, 50, Royalton — In connection with a March 2 incident, Sowada has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Dennis Leo Grams, 69, St. Cloud —In connection with a June 13 incident, Grams has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation and one count drug possession.

• Mary Catherine Jaeger, 52, Little Falls; In connection with an April 24 incident, Jaeger has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.

If found guilty, they  face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
