The Pierz Safety Camp for children was held last week. I would like to thank all the people who made this event possible. These include personnel from the Pierz Police Department, Pierz Fire Department, Little Falls Police Department, Morrison County Critical Incident Response Team, Morrison County Public Health and the Pierz National Honor Society students. A sincere thank you to the Gunderson Brothers for hosting the Breakfast on the Farm June 15. Thank you to all the Upsala Lions members and their spouses who worked on serving and preparing the food and to Daybreak Foods of Long Prairie, ElmDale Creamery and First District for donating the eggs, butter and milk.
