Sartell doubleheader

Little Falls split a pair of lopsided games in a doubleheader against visiting Sartell, Monday, winning the first game 13-0 before dropping the second 12-4.

Little Falls put the first game out of reach early, striking for four runs in the first inning and eight more in the second.

Jeremy Klein, Ben Witt, Adam Hallberg and Thomas Bell all doubled in the first, while Thomas Miller tripled and Jeremy Klein singled, doubled and drove in four runs in the second.

Little Falls used three pitchers in the game to save up for the upcoming playoffs, with Hallberg, Miller and Witt combining on the two-hit shutout.

Sartell rebounded in the finale to gain the split, rallying from an early 3-1 deficit to earn the win.
