Chamber’s annual golf outing in its 24th year

The Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 24th annual golf outing, Monday, Aug. 5 at the Little Falls Country Club. Registration begins at 2 p.m. with a 3 p.m. shotgun start.

“The Chamber golf outing is another networking event for Chamber members, providing the opportunity to market their business, while generating new business opportunities,” said Gina Vetter, project and volunteer coordinator for the Chamber. Vetter recommends arriving early to sign up for the skins game, purchase mulligans and yard sticks. Games of skill will also be available on the course. Golfers can try their luck at winning a 2013 car from Brandl Motors, a riding mower from Evergreen Equipment, a 1-carat diamond from GoldSmith Jewelers or an appliance package from RadioShack by getting a hole-in-one.

Teams of four can register together. Any individual that would like to participate can register and will be placed on a team. Registration includes nine holes of golf, cart, beverage, food on the course, casino tickets, eligibility in games of skill and an hors d’oeuvres social. Non-golfers can still be part of the event by joining the group for the social/casino event at 5 p.m. for the cost of a ticket which includes hors d’ oeuvres, fun money and networking.

For registration information or to sign up for the dinner, contact Vetter at the Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, by calling (320) 632-5155. Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce members have first priority in filling team and individual openings.
