July 20 — Someone stole a Gander Mountain spotlight, valued at $50 and a faceplate for a Pioneer radio, valued at $120, from a vehicle parked at a business on 13th Street Northeast.

July 22 — Someone entered a vehicle parked at Riverwood Drive and went through items in the vehicle.

July 23 — A resident on Seventh Street Northeast reported someone had damaged their property.

July 24 — An officer observed a male subject shattering a glass bottle on a ball field at the ball park on Second Avenue Southwest. Numerous separate instances of vandalism have occurred at the location.

July 24 — A resident on Second Street Northeast reported a theft.

July 24 — A resident on 11th Street Southwest reported the theft of a vehicle, which was later located and the suspect arrested.

July 25 — A shoplifter was reported by a convenience store on First Street Northeast.

July 26 — Two vehicles were scratched, both on the driver’s side door, while they were parked at a residence on Fourth Street Northeast.

July 27 — Several luggage bags were stolen from the top of a vehicle parked at a hotel on 16th Street. The luggage contained clothing valued at approximately $500. Two pieces of luggage were tan canvass Bass Pro Shop bags that said “Read head.” The third was a black leather bag.

July 27 — A resident on Sixth Avenue Northeast reported someone had broken into their home.

July 27 — Someone damaged the back window of a vehicle parked at a residence on Second Street Northeast.

July 28 — Several tools were stolen from a vehicle in early July while it was parked on Fourth Avenue Southwest. Items stolen included a Craftsman tool set in a black plastic case, a set of Craftsman screwdrivers, a few extra sockets and extensions and a wire tester.

July 29 — Someone stole a red porch rug from a patio at a residence on First Street Northeast, as well as ornamental butterflies from the side of the garage.

July 29 — A resident on Broadway Avenue East said someone stole $100 from their wallet.

July 29 — A resident on Lindbergh Drive North reported the theft of Hydrocodone, a prescription medication.

July 30 — Employees at an establishment on LeMieur Street reported a burglary in progress when they heard the glass on one of the doors being broken. Officers observed the broken glass door, but no suspects were found. Nothing was reported missing.

July 30 — A resident on Sixth Street Northeast reported someone had damaged their property.

July 30 — A business on 18th Street Northeast reported a shoplifter, who was found and jailed.

July 30 — Someone spray-painted a detached garage at a residence on Third Avenue Northwest.

July 31 — Someone slashed a tire on a vehicle parked at the owner’s residence on Second Street Northeast. The value of the tire was estimated at $150.
