John Wozniak, 63

Obit-WozniakJohnJohn Wozniak, a resident of Little Falls, died Thursday, Aug. 15 at his home surrounded by his family.

A Memorial Mass was held Tuesday, Aug. 20, at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, with Father, Joseph Herzing officiating. Burial was at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Little Falls.

John Wozniak was born Oct. 16, 1949, to the late Anton and Mary (Bieniek) Wozniak. He was united in marriage to Lucy Luberts and the couple later divorced. John worked at Kraft Foods in Melrose and at Falls Fabricating in Little Falls. He enjoyed spending time at deer camp near Park Rapids. John would go to deer camp two weeks early every year to get ready for the hunt. He was known for bonfires, they were always the biggest and brightest. He enjoyed camping with family. John liked to play board games, cards and do crossword puzzles. He cheered on the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins. John was a good-hearted person. He enjoyed having company and spending time with his family. John loved having a good time and cracking jokes.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Troy (Theresa) Wozniak of Browerville and Missy (Randy) Crosby of Browerville; grandchildren, Monique Quistorff, Noah Crosby and Mariah Crosby; siblings, Jerome (Janet) Wozniak of Little Falls, Bernice Hadley of Holdingford, Leona (Dave) Hagen of Detroit Lakes, Ann Judovsky of Melrose, Jane Pinky of Holdingford, Marcy Brock of Little Falls and Dorothy Wozniak of Little Falls.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Mary Wozniak; nephew, Jodi Wozniak and several aunts and uncles.
