Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Alissa Dawn Groshong, 25, Randall — In connection with an Aug. 26 incident, Groshong has been charged with one count of giving a peace officer a false name and one count of uninsured vehicle.

• Justin Dean Meagher, 29, Burtrum — In connection with an Aug. 26 incident, Meagher has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.

• Kevin William Tax, 25, Hillman — In connection with a July 13 incident, Tax has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Joshua James Graves, 23, Little Falls — In connection with a June 16 incident, Graves has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Melissa Mary Monson, 31, Little Falls — In connection with a July 4 incident, Monson has been charged with one count of giving peace officer a false name.

• Michael Phillip Sharon, 45, Cushing — In connection with an July 6 incident, Sharon has been convicted of two counts of DWI.

If found guilty, they each face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
