“I always wanted to own my own business,” said Weng. She feels that between her and her husband,  Mei Lin, the have the experience to do a great job.

Weng and her husband, Mei Lin have three children, Bonnie, 6; Alex, 4; and Annie, almost 2 years old. Now living in Little Falls, they are thrilled to have the chance to show off their expertise in Chinese cooking.

The biggest change in the restaurant’s menu is a daily buffet that includes a salad bar. Buffet items may also be taken to go.

The lunch menu has about two dozen specials, but the China Dragon patrons are also able to order off the dinner menu.

“We have more dinner choices for our customers,” said Weng. “They are able to choose more combinations than before.”

The previous employees will remain the same and Weng has added a manager who will be able to assist with vendors and customers.

“My English is not too good so I have a manager to help,” said Weng.
