Little Falls opened Tuesday’s match against visiting St. Cloud Cathedral with the same defensive intensity as it did in its preceding 5-0 win over St. John’s Prep, keeping the match scoreless through the opening 20 minutes.

But the Crusaders broke through for a pair of late goals before halftime, then put the game away with a three-goal flurry in 1:15 early in the second half in a 5-1 win.

Freshman Chelsea Moran put Little Falls on the board in the 66th minute, burying a deep shot above the Cathedral keeper’s head into the top of the net.
