Girls Swimming and Diving: Klever posts four first as Little Falls breezes past Cathedral

Little Falls won all but two events as it rolled past visiting St. Cloud Cathedral-St. John’s Prep 100-67, Tuesday, in a dual that went to exhibition scoring with four races still remaining.

Sophomore Makyla Klever led the Flyers on the night, winning both of her individual races and relays, including firsts in the 50 free (27.01) and 100 fly (1:10.17).

Also delivering first-place finishes for the Flyers were junior Mati Gold in the 100 free (1:00.64), sophomore Gabby Lyter in diving (174.1), sophomore Kirsten Holtz in the 200 individual medley (2:38.62), sophomore Abby Swanson in the 100 breaststroke (1:17.78), eighth-grader Rachel Reller in the 100 backstroke (1:13.86), the 200 medley relay team of freshman Savanna Slettom, Swanson, Klever and Gold (2:09.18), the 200 free relay team of Klever, Gold, eighth-grader Allie Foote and eighth-grader Abby Van Heel (1:52.78) and the 400 free relay team of sophomore Kristin Bobick, Swanson, freshman Anne Corbett and Foote (4:19.01).
