Little Falls man charged with inappropriately touching a minor

Bob Matt Jaschke, 37, Little Falls, was charged Sept. 19 with one second degree felony count of multiple acts of criminal sexual conduct with a person under 16.

On Aug. 13, a Morrison County Child Protection worker and a Little Falls police officer responded to a report of sexual abuse which occurred several years ago. The suspect was Jaschke.

The officer and child protection worker took a statement from the victim who allegedly said Jaschke touched her inappropriately over and under her clothing. The event took place at his residence in Little Falls approximately eight years ago and continued for two years.

The officer and child protection worker spoke with Jaschke and he allegedly admitted he touched the victim approximately five – eight times several years ago. He said he regretted the actions over the years, knowing it was wrong.

If convicted, Jaschke faces a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison and/or a $35,000 fine.
