Holdingford’s offense was relentless and its defense perhaps even more so as it picked apart visiting Maple Lake 46-6, Friday.

The Huskers scored twice in each of the opening three quarters and again in the fourth, clinching a repeat Central Minnesota Conference championship.

Senior Jordan Gombos led the offensive effort, finishing with three touchdowns on the ground and another receiving, while senior quarterback Mitch Messman racked up 219 yards of total offense.
