THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
YOU, and EACH OF YOU, HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the complaint of the plaintiff herein, which complaint has been filed in the Office of the Morrison County Court Administrator, at the Courthouse in Morrison County, Minnesota and to serve a copy of your answer to said complaint upon the subscriber at their office at 2 10 2nd St. NE, Little Falls, MN 56345 within twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer said complaint within the time aforesaid, plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings in question real property situated in the County of Morrison, described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Government Lot 3 of Section 27 Township 132 Range 31, thence south on the west Line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 149 feet , thence east and parallel to said north Line of said Government Plot 3 a distance of 400 feet, and from said point as a point of commencement thence in an easterly direction and parallel with the north line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 50 feet, thence south parallel with the west line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 200 feet to the shore line or waters edge of Lake Alexander, thence southwesterly and along said lake shore or waters edge to a point 400 feet east of the west line of said Government Lot 3, thence north and parallel to the west line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 210 feet to said point of commencement, together with an easement or right of way over a certain private road or cartway described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the tract or parcel of land herein conveyed, thence east a distance of 50 feet and thence in a northerly direction a distance of about 400 feet to the public highway, said cartway or private road being 12 feet in width and the full and free right is hereby granted unto second party, his heirs and assigns, tenants, servants and visitors, for purpose of ingress and egress.
AND
Commencing at the northwest corner of Government Lot 3 of Section 27 Township 132 Range 31, thence south on the west line of said Government Lot 3, a distance of 149 feet, thence east and parallel to said north line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 450 feet, and from this point as a point of commencement thence in an easterly direction and parallel with the north line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 100 feet, thence south parallel with the west line of said Government Lot 3 to the lake shore of waters edge of Lake Alexander, thence southwesterly and following said lake shore or waters edge to a point 450 feet east of the west line of said Government Lot 3, thence north and parallel to the west line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 210 feet more or less to and terminating at said point of commencement, together with a perpetual easement unto second party, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, or his tenants, servants and visitors in, to, over and upon a certain private road or cartway 12 feet in width, the south line of said road or cartway being described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of the tract or parcel of land heretofore conveyed to said Thomas P. Gorman and Specifically described in that certain deed executed and delivered by Fred O. Cunningham and Mabel J. Cunningham, his wife and recorded in Book 87 Deeds, page 308, thence running east a distance of 150 feet, and also a perpetual easement to second party, his heirs, executors, administrator or assigns, or his tenants, servants and visitors in, to, over and upon a certain private road or cartway 12 feet in width running in a northerly direction a distance of about 400 feet to the public highway, the south and west line of said private road or cartway being at a point 50 feet east of the northwest corner of the tract or parcel of land herein conveyed and hereinbefore specifically described. (All of the premises hereinbefore specifically described and hereby conveyed and all easements herein made and granted, are situate, lying and being in said Government Lot 3 of Section 27 Township 132 Range 31.
AND
All that part of Government Lot 1 of Section 22 and Government Lot 3 of Section 27, all in Township 132 Range 31, more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the common section line between Sections 22 and 27, 400 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Sec. 22, thence South and parallel with the section line running North and South on the West side of said Sec. 27 for a distance of 149 feet, thence East and parallel with the section line running East and West on the North side of said Sec. 27 for a distance of 150 feet, thence North and parallel with the section line running North and South on the West side of said Sections 27 and 22 to the south edge of the public highway running East and West through said Sec. 22, thence Southwesterly along the South edge of said public highway to a point where it intersects with a line running North and South parallel with and 400 feet distant from the section line running North and South on the West side of said Sec. 22, thence south to the point of commencement; it being the intention to convey a strip of land 150 feet wide lying North of the land which has heretofore been conveyed to second party and South of said public highway, the West boundary line of said strip of land being a line parallel with and distant 400 feet East from the Section line running North and South on the West side of said Sections 22 and 27.

That part of Government Lot 1, Section 22 and that part of Government Lot 3, Section 27, all in Township 132 Range 31 described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Government Lot 3; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 49 seconds East 400.00 feet, assumed bearing, along the north line of said Government Lot 3 to the point of beginning; thence North 01 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds West 255.20 feet to the south line of County Road No. 3; thence South 70 degrees 37 minutes 26 seconds West 9.75 feet along said south line of County Road No. 3; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 49 seconds East 168.55 feet to a found one half inch iron pipe capped RLS 16097, in accordance with a survey by Thomas P. Thiessen, dated October 27, 1988; thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 58 seconds East 179.54 feet to a found one half inch iron pipe capped RLS 16097, in accordance with said survey by Thomas P. Thiessen, dated October 27, 1988; thence South 02 degrees 36 minutes 42 seconds East 176.91 feet to a found one half inch iron pipe capped RLS 16097, in accordance with said survey by Thomas P. Thiessen, dated October 27, 1988; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 44 seconds West 50.60 feet to a found one half inch iron pipe capped RLS 16097, in accordance with said survey by Thomas P. Thiessen, dated October 27, 1988; thence continuing South 00 degrees 03 minutes 44 seconds West 7 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of Lake Alexander; thence easterly along said shoreline of Lake Alexander to its intersection with a line bearing South 00 degrees 38 minutes 31 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 38 minutes 31 seconds West 328 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
AND
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 22, and that part of Government Lot 3, Section 27, all in Township 132, Range 31, Morrison County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Government Lot 1, Section 22; thence North 1 degree 32 minutes West along the west line of said Government Lot 1, Section 22 a distance of 11.11 feet to the southerly line of County Road No. 3; thence North 51 degrees 54 minutes 18 seconds East along said southerly line of County Road No. 3 a distance of 185.36 feet; thence continuing North 51 degrees 54 minutes 18 seconds East along said southerly line of county Road No. 3 a distance of 34.47 feet; thence continuing along said southerly line of County Road No. 3 North 60 degrees 02 minutes 37 seconds East 78.53 feet; thence continuing along said southerly line of County Road No. 3 along a tangential curve concave to the Southeast, radius 1117.43 feet, central angle 1 degree 18 minutes 28 seconds, 26.87 feet, the point of beginning; thence continuing along said southerly line of County Road No. 3 along said tangential curve concave to the Southeast, radius 1117.43 feet, central angle 6 degrees 27 minutes 34 seconds, 132.74 feet to its intersection with a fence line; thence south 0 degrees 31 minutes 34 seconds East along said fence line 170.44 feet; thence continuing along said fence line South 0 degrees 33 minutes 46 seconds East 83.14 feet to the North line of said Government Lot 3, Section 27; thence continuing along said fence line South 0 degrees 33 minutes 46 seconds East 96.40 feet; thence continuing along said fence line South 3 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East 176.91 feet; thence continuing along said fence line and its extension southerly South 0 degrees 24 minutes 04 seconds East 61 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the shoreline of Lake Alexander, thence southwesterly along said shoreline 128 feet, more or less, to its intersection with a line which bears South 1 degree 06 minutes 26 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 1 degree 06 minutes 26 seconds East 369 feet, more or less, to said North line of Government Lot 3, Section 27; thence continuing North 1 degree 06 minutes 26 seconds West 197.42 feet to the point of beginning. All in accordance with a survey by Thomas P. Thiessen, RLS No. 16097, dated Oct. 27, 1988.
The object of this action is to determine the adverse claims of the above named defendants, and each of them, in and to said real estate, and no personal claim is made against the defendants, or any of them.
