On Oct. 14, Morrison County District Courts dismissed two counts of fifth degree possession of drugs against Dena Rae Oswald, 36, Menahga.
On Nov. 27, 2012, Little Falls police officers executed a search warrant at a residence in southwest Little Falls.
While in the home, the officers found signs of methamphetamine drug use which included a scale, baggies containing residue and needles.
A purse belonging to Oswald contained a spoon which tested positive for methamphetamine.
When asked, Oswald admitted using methamphetamine and said she was under the influence at that time.
Todd Kosovich, assistant Morrison County Attorney, said the charges were dismissed by the court after an omnibus hearing which determines the admissibility of testimony and evidence seized at the time of arrest.
