North Dakota State University announced the addition of Sarah Muhlenkamp as an intern for the University of Minnesota, Morrison County Extension. Effective Oct. 1, Muhlenkamp will be working under the supervision of the program coordinator to plan and present various curriculums to the youth throughout Morrison County including school programing, clinics, youth trainings, and special events. This internship will run through December.
Muhlenkamp has been a volunteer for the Morrison County 4-H program since 2008. In addition to 4-H, Muhlenkamp volunteers for Boy Scouts of America and is currently the assistant Cub Master for Swanville Pack 33, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Willmar, Minnesota chapter of Kiwanis International, livestock superintendent for the Morrison County Fair and is a member of the Morrison County Agricultural Society.
Muhlenkamp is a 2004 graduate of La Habra High School in La Habra, Calif. and is a certified para-professional.
