Flying Aces fall twice on road

The Minnesota Flying Aces junior hockey team dropped a pair of road games over the weekend, falling 6-1 at Alexandria, Oct. 25, and 3-1 at Breezy Point, Oct. 27.

A.J. Gullickson scored the Aces’ lone goal against Alexandria.

The Aces scored first against Breezy Point, with Blake Anderson netting a goal with only 1:01 left in the second period, but Breezy Point tied the game in the second and pulled ahead in the third.

Goalie Mike Stumpf made 35 saves.
