Gross misdemeanor charges file

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Bradley Wyatt Aldrich, 38, Brookston — In connection with an Oct. 11 incident, Aldrich has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Daniel Ken Diedrich, 56, Braham — In connection with an Oct. 14 incident, Diedrich has been charged with driving after cancellation.

• Gilbert Levi Phillips, 43, Little Falls — In connection with an Oct. 23, incident, Phillips has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation and one count of theft.

• Deidra Mae Wright, 41, Sebeka — In connection to an Oct. 19 incident, Wright has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Candace Kay Dik, 31, Merrifield — In connection with a Sept. 3 incident, Dik has been charged with one count of offering a forged check.

• Bryan David Vieths, 37, Pillager — In connection with an Oct. 22 incident, Vieths has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Paul Gerard Gottwalt, 48, Pierz — In connection with an Oct. 23 incident, Gottwalt has been charged with one count of obstructing legal process with force and one count disruption of a 911 call.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
