The VFW and American Legion of Swanville want to thank Jennie-O Turkey and these Little Falls businesses for their generous donations to the raffle and bingo games held Oct. 19: Holiday Station, Pizza Ranch, Thielen’s Meats, Coborn’s, Subway, Hardware Hank, Domino’s Pizza, NAPA, Melgram Jewelers, Johnny C’s, 1st Avenue Auto, GoldSmith Jewelers, Minnesota Fishing Museum, Westside Liquor and Fleet Supply. Pierz Healy High School would like to thank a number of individuals for making our 50th anniversary celebration a success: Marilyn Schreiner for bringing this to our attention, Lorae Vardas and Freda Schmitt for presenting at the program, individuals who shared stories and memorabilia, students from HHS for helping set-up, greet, serve and take-down, Mark and crew and Rosie for your extra efforts.
