Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors

• Scott Patrick Bixby, 39, Nevis; (offense: 1/26/13) Dismissed against Bixby was one gross misdemeanor count of financial transaction card fraud.

• David John Kimmons, 23, Onamia; (offense: 8/24/13) DWI, operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours, fined $610, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Kimmons was one gross misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Chad Kenneth Boser, 36, Pierz; (offense: 5/28/13) check forgery, fined $2,085, sentenced to three days in jail and unsupervised probation for two years.

• Charles Wayne Lickteig, 63, Little Falls; (offense: 4/26/13) DWI, operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours, fined $585;  one gross misdemeanor count of driving after cancellation, fined concurrent with prior offense. Dismissed against Lickteig was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI.

Misdemeanors

• Kody Alex Henkemeyer, 18, Little Falls; (offense: 9/30/13) disorderly conduct, fined $185.

• Kassandra Marie Swanson, 21, Little Falls; (offense: 7/15/13) noise ordinance, fined $135.

• Randy M. Jarvis, 61, Gordon, Wis.; (offense: 9/14/13) fail to yield to right of way, stop signs/blinking, fined $135.

• Michael Scott Kruchten, 46, Fort Ripley; (offense: 4/21/13) DWI – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fined $135, sentenced to two days in jail and unsupervised probation for two years.

• Denise Jean Pollard, 55, Little Falls; (offense: 7/8/13) DWI  – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, fined $560, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Joshua Thomas Bitzer, 24, Monticello; (offense: 7/7/12) DWI – operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours, fined $535, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
