Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Dylan Louis Scepaniak, 24, Avon — In connection with an Oct. 20 incident, Scepaniak has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Andrew John Swankier, 28, Brainerd; In connection with an Oct. 31 incident, Swankier has been charged with one count of theft.

• Jason Michael Pugh, 35, Little Falls — In connection with an Oct. 29 incident, Pugh has been charged with one count of domestic assault.

• Michael James Forrey, 61, Pine River — In connection with a Nov. 1 incident, Forrey has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Graig Michael Storkamp, 30, Pierz — In connection with an Oct. 21 incident, Storkamp has been charged with two counts of DWI, one count of driving without a valid license and one count of open bottle.

• Matthew Bonterry-Edenfield Lagou, 32, Little Falls; In connection with a Nov. 8, incident, Bonterry-Edenfield was charged with one count of obstructing legal process with force and one count of disorderly conduct.

• Jeffrey Allen Flicek, 25, Little Falls; In connection with a Nov. 7 incident, Flicek has been charged with one count of interfering with an emergency telephone calls; and two counts of domestic assault.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
