Seth Michael Moline, 19, Little Falls, was charged Nov. 13 in Morrison County District Court with one felony count of third degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim 13 – 15 years old.
On Aug. 9, a 14-year-old female told a Little Falls police officer she had sexual relations with Moline on four occasions in July. She said she met Moline at the Swanville Carnival.
In a statement to police, Moline allegedly said he did meet the juvenile at the Swanville Carnival, but at first said he turned down her request for sex because of her age.
According to the criminal complaint, Moline told officers he did have sex with her one time at her residence. He later said it happened on other occasions as well.
He allegedly told the officer he knew what they were doing was wrong, but that she had told him she didn’t mind.
If convicted, Moline faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and/or a $30,000 fine.
