Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Dwayne Joseph Welinski, 50, Little Falls — In connection with a Sept. 8 incident, Welinski has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Joy Kaye Nehring, 59, Ogilvie — In connection with a Sept. 6 incident, Nehring has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Susan Lynn Tschida, 51, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 29 incident, Tschida has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Travis Joseph Stegora, 25, Pierz — In connection with an Oct. 12 incident, Stegora has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Brandon James Everist, 31, Royalton — In connection with a Sept. 26 incident, Everist has been charged with one count of DWI and one count of DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test.

• William Henry Redner, 28, Motley — In connection with a Sept. 21 incident, Redner has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Jamie John Pugh, 37, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 26 incident, Pugh has been charged with one count of domestic assault and one count of obstructing legal process with force.

• Kevin John Gallus, 33, Boyceville, Wis. — In connection with a Nov. 30 incident, Gallus has been charged with two counts of DWI.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
