Jasmine Florine Phelps, 20, Little Falls has been charged with one felony count of third degree sale of narcotics.
In July, an investigator with the Morrison County Sheriff’s Department was placed in contact with a confidential informant who stated he could purchase a small quantity of methamphetamine from Phelps.
The investigator told the informant to make arrangements to meet Phelps and was supplied with buy money.
The investigator and informant met and a small plastic baggie with a white crystal-like substance was given to the investigator. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.
If convicted, Phelps faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine.
