Exhibiting its best ball-handling of the season, visiting Royalton upended previously unbeaten St. Cloud Christian 51-36, Tuesday.
After a back-and-forth start, Royalton worked its lead to 22-16 by the break, then opened the second half on a 22-7 run to bust the game open.
The Royals only committed a season-low 12 turnovers in the contest.
Sophomore Ben Borash was the top scorer for the Royals with 12 points, while sophomore Matt Daleiden recorded a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Senior Kasey Stevens also reached double figures with 10 points, followed by junior Matt Fountain (9), sophomore Tyler Hellickson (4), junior Nick Popp (3) and sophomore Shane Vannurden (2).
Popp also distributed a team-high seven assists.
