Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on December 31, 2013, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing sale of the property hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to the Plaintiff in the above action from Defendants Jeffery J. Athman and Peggy A. Athman, the Sheriff of Morrison County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on March 18, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the Sheriffs Office, Main Lobby, 213 First Avenue SE, Little Falls, MN, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said judgment, being in Morrison County, Minnesota, to wit:
Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), The East half of Lot four (4), and Lots Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20), all in Block Eight (8) and the East Half of Lot Three (3), Block Three (3), all in Squaw Point on Lake Sullivan, being part of Government Lot One (1), Section Seven (7), Township Forty-two (42), Range Twenty-eight (28), said East Half of Lot 4, Block 8 being also described as: That part of Lot 4, Block 8, Squaw Point, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the Morrison County Recorders Office, lying Easterly of the following described line: Commencing at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 4; thence Southwesterly 27.50 feet along the Northerly line of said Lot 4 to the midpoint of said Northerly line, the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Southeasterly to the midpoint of the Southerly line of said Lot 4, said midpoint being 27.50 feet Southwesterly, as measured along said Southerly line, from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 4, and said line there ending. Said East Half of Lot 3, Block 3, being also described as: That part of Lot 3, Block 3, Squaw Point, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the Morrison County Recorders Office, lying Easterly of the following described line: Commencing at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 3; thence Southwesterly 26.50 feet along Northerly line of said Lot 3 to the midpoint of said Northerly line, the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Southeasterly along the line which is the mean bearing between the Easterly and Westerly said lines of said Lot 3 to the waters edge of Lake Sullivan and said line there ending.
