Little Falls scored a goal in each period as it skated to a 3-3 tie against visiting Fergus Falls, Saturday.
Fergus Falls struck first 2:31 into the game on the power play, just six seconds after the contest’s first penalty.
Little Falls answered back with a goal by sophomore Landon Bjorge midway through the first period, then took the lead 7:50 into the second on a power-play score by junior Connor Jorgensen.
The Flyers extended their lead to 3-1 when Jorgensen scored again 1:20 into the third period, but Fergus Falls drew even four minutes later, then held on for the tie.
Bjorge also finished with two assists, while junior Nik Himley, Landon Atkinson and Jorgensen each had one.
Junior Ezra Spandl stopped 26 shots in net.
