Violence Prevention Council to host poster contest for teens

The Violence Prevention Council of Morrison County invites teens to participate in Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month by entering its Break the Silence, End the Violence Poster Contest.

The poster contest is open to teens ages 13-18. The posters should be on 8 1/2-inch by 11-inch paper and reflect positive, healthy relationship messages with the words Break the Silence, Stop the Violence somewhere on it.  First prize will be a pizza party donated by Domino’s Pizza in Little Falls. The winning entry will be published in the Morrison County Record.

All entries must be received by Monday, Feb. 10.   Entries can be dropped off at Hands of Hope Resource Center in the historical courthouse or mailed to P.O. Box 67, Little Falls, MN 56345.  Winners will be chosen by the Violence Prevention Council of Morrison County.
