The Great River Arts (GRA) invites everyone to “pony up for the arts” at this year’s Wild West-theme Party for the Arts, Saturday, March 1, from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m., at the art center in downtown Little Falls.
The party for the arts is GRA’s annual spring fundraiser, celebrating current members and welcoming new ones with an entertaining night out that will also keep the arts alive in the community. Through sponsorships and donor support the evening will also host a live and silent auction featuring local goods and services, as eel as a raffle drawing with a first prize of $700.
This year’s theme centers around all things “Wild West” so staff invites everyone to dust off their cowboy boots and join together at the saloon. Other party highlights range from quick draw gun fights to riding the mechanical bull.
Tickets are available at the Great River Arts Center and Reality Roasters in Little Falls and online. The tickets include appetizers catered by A.T. The Black and White and a live “can-can” show.
All proceeds from ticket sales, activities and raffle tickets, support programming and renovations at the Art Center.
Great River Arts is located at 122 S.E. First St. in downtown Little Falls. Gallery and shop hours are Wednesday – Friday, from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
