The Mustangs tied the game later in the period, but the Flyers went back on top late in the second as junior Nik Himley assisted junior Austin Fenske to make it 2-1.
The Mustangs answered quickly, though, striking for two goals 5:10 into the third, then holding on for the victory.
Junior Ezra Spandl made 24 saves in net.
Little Falls then hosted Alexandria, Feb. 8, falling 7-1.
Fenske netted the Flyers’ goal in the second period, assisted by freshman Hunter Swanson.
