Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:

• Bruce Everett Boyd, 43, Randall — In connection with a Jan. 21 incident, Boyd has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.

• Katrina Mae Von Itter, 25, Little Falls — In connection with a Jan. 26 incident, Von Itter has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Kylee Ann Ledford, 21, Merrifield — In connection with a Jan. 31 incident, Ledford has been charged with one count of carrying/possessing a pistol without a permit in a public place. • Stephen Daniel Verral, 46, Eveleth — In connection with a May 23, 2013, incident, Verral has been charged with two counts of DWI.

• Jarod Lee Sparks, 37, Oakdale — In connection with an Oct. 28, 2013, incident, Sparks has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation and one count of speeding.

• Tara Elene Weidenbach, 28, Little Falls — In connection with an Oct. 14, 2013, incident, Wiedenbach has been charged with one count of offering a forged check.

• Steven Anthony Guck, 38, Royalton — In connection with a Feb. 6 incident, Guck has been charged with one count of fifth degree controlled substance and one count of dangerous weapons.

• Troy Maris Oberton, 49, Little Falls — In connection with a Feb. 6 incident, Oberton has been charged with one count of harassment: violate restraining order within 10 years.

• Richard Warrick Gatheridge, 45, Hallock — In connection with a Feb. 11 incident, Gatheridge has been charged with one count each of third-degree DWI – refusing to submit to a chemical test.

• Lance Eugene Posterick, 25, Little Falls — In connection with a Feb. 11 incident, Posterick has been charged with giving a peace officer the name of another person.

• Travis Brian Rohling, 36, Rockford — In connection with a Nov. 21, 2013, incident, Rohling has been charged with driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.

• Terry Lee Thady, 62, Brainerd — In connection with a Dec. 6, 2013, incident, Thady has been charged with third-degre DWI.

If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

The court will set their appearance dates.
