Johnson chosen as new LFPD captain

New-LFPD-Captain-Kyle-JohnsonNearly nine years to the day he started with the Little Falls Police Department (LFPD), Officer Kyle Johnson was chosen to replace retiring captain Mike Casillas. The Little Falls City Council approved Johnson’s promotion, Monday. Johnson’s wife, Janine pinned a special badge on his uniform that says “Captain Little Falls Police,” while in the background, Police Chief Greg Schirmers, left, and Mayor Cathy VanRisseghem looked on. Johnson started his service with the LFPD March 1, 2005.
