CITY OF LITTLE FALLS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Little Falls, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 Northeast Seventh Avenue, in said City on Monday, April 7, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter for the purpose of holding a public hearing to consider surface and/or utility improvements including complete grading, curb, gutter and bituminous surfacing and related appurtenances thereto on Call Place between Ninth and Eleventh Avenues Southeast; and on Ninth Avenue Southeast between Call Place and Hilton Road, and that said improvements shall be hereafter designated as Public Improvement 370.
This hearing will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, with benefitted properties being assessed for all or a portion of the costs of said improvements. The estimated cost of said improvements is $296,047.07 of which the Citys costs are estimated at $219,478.49. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.
All persons who wish to be heard relative to said proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral objections will be considered.
