Jasmine Florine Phelps, 20, Little Falls was convicted March 20, with a third-degree felony for selling drugs.
In July 2013, an investigator with the Morrison County Sheriff’s Department was placed in contact with a confidential informant who said they could purchase a small quantity of methamphetamine from Phelps.
The investigator told the informant to make arrangements to meet Phelps and was supplied with buy money.
The informant gave the investigator a small plastic baggie with a white crystal-like substance which tested positive for methamphetamine.
Phelps was sentenced to 86 days in jail with credit for time served, fined $385 and will be on supervised probation for 20 years.
