The Pierz Board of Adjustments & Appeals will be conducting a public hearing on Monday, April 14th, 2014 at 6:00 PM at Pierz City Hall. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a variance application to allow the property owner to build an accessory building in the front yard of the property. The property is located at 331 Robert Street South, legally described as: BEG. 2 RODS S. & 2 RODS W. OF SW COR. OF BLK. 2 OF VILL. OF PIERZ, W. 20 RODS, N. 8 RODS, E. 20 RODS, S. 8 RODS TO BEG. PT. OF OUTLOT 20.
Pierz Code of Ordinance 1413.04 Subd. (1) states: In all residential districts detached accessory buildings shall be located in the rear yard.
