March 24 — A resident on Sixth Street Southeast reported a theft.
March 26 — A business on Second Avenue Northeast reported a shoplifter.
March 27 — A business on 11th Street Northeast reported a scam in which a caller said they were from Minnesota Power and that they would disconnect the electricity at the business if it did not pay immediately. When the business said its bill had been paid in full, the caller requested the check number and amount of the check. Upon speaking to Minnesota Power, the business learned there was no order to disconnect the business’ power and that no one from Minnesota Power had called the business.
March 27 — A resident on Seventh Street Southwest reported a scam in which a person called and said the resident had a check fraud warrant out of Georgia, which was not the case.
March 29 — A resident on First Avenue Southwest reported a burglary.
March 30 — A resident on Broadway East reported a theft.
April 1 — A convenience store on Haven Road reported a theft.
April 1 — A gas station on Broadway West reported someone pumped $15 worth of gasoline and drove off without paying for it.
April 1 — A resident on Crystal Lane Northwest reported a theft.
