Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Patrick Ronald Meyer 47, Pierz — In connection with an April 5 incident, Meyer has been charged with one count of emergency telephone calls/communications, interruption, interference, impeding, disruption of a 911 call.
• Jacob Michael Hoefs, 22, Little Falls — In connection with an April 6 incident, Hoefs has been charged with fourth degree assault and one count of making an emergency call – police/fire/medical/ambulance – no emergency.
If found guilty, those charged face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance dates.
