Kevin Wayne Wenner Jr., 19, Little Falls, was charged April 23 with a second degree felony burglary.
On April 16, Little Falls police responded to a burglary complaint on 10th Street Southwest.
The victim told officers someone broke into her home and stole an Emerson flat screen television. She suspected it was Wenner as he allegedly had an addiction to heroin and had stolen from her in the past.
Wenner was located and allegedly told the officer that he did steal the television, but that he no longer was in possession of it and was unable to return it.
If convicted, Wenner faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and/or a $20,000 fine.
