Junior Kyler Erdman shot an 86 at Tuesday’s Little Falls Granite Ridge Conference (GRC) meet, finishing the season in fourth place to earn all-conference honors.
Junior Michael Orr had the top score for the Flyers at the meet with an 80 and junior Landon Atkinson was right behind with an 81 as the duo attained all-conference honorable mention.
Little Falls also had a trio of golfers right behind Erdman at the meet, including sophomore Austin Visker (88), senior Nathan Hoffman (89) and junior Josh DeCann (91).
The Flyers finished in second place overall at the meet and third in the GRC on the season.
Rocheleau secures All-CMC
Pierz junior Josh Rocheleau shot a 41 at the Kimball Area Central Minnesota Conference (CMC) meet, May 22, locking up All-CMC honors.
Freshman Nathan Poster (54), junior Hunter Bednar (69) and freshman Andrew Sopkowiak (71) followed for the seventh-place Pioneers.
Hawks closes in 11th place
Junior Jessica Hawks shot a 45 at Kimball, May 22, closing the season in 11th place in the CMC for the Pioneers girls.
Pierz finished in fifth place at the meet and fourth place on the season in the CMC, two strokes ahead of Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted.
Freshman Brittany Talberg was the No. 2 golfer at Kimball with a 54, followed by freshman BreAnna Hopkins (62) and juniors Sam Smith (73), Isabelle Kohl (75) and Miranda Robertsdahl (78).
The Little Falls and Pierz boys and Pierz girls will all take part in the Section 6AA meet at Blackberry Ridge Golf Course in Sartell, Monday and Tuesday.
