Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross Misdemeanors

•Kylee Ann LedFord, 22; (offense: 1/31/14) dismissed against LedFord was one gross misdemeanor count of  carry/possess pistol without permit in a public place.

•Andrew John Swankier, 28, Royalton; (offense: 10/31/13) theft, value more than $500 but less than $1,001, fined $585, sentenced to 75 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

•Daniel John Billig, 52; (offense: 1/11/13) DWI, fined $565, sentenced to 15 days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Billig were two gross misdemeanor counts of DWI and driving restrictions.

•Mark Henry Booth, 53, (offense: 4/2/14) dismissed against Booth were four gross misdemeanor counts of two DWIs, driving after cancellation and motor vechicle registration – intent to escape tax.

Misdemeanors

•Stephene Ann Mcginnis, 30, Little Falls; (offense: 4/28/14) ordinance, garbage, unlawful to store garbage on property, fined $185.

•Kory Marvin Hoheisel, 27, Olivia; (offense: 12/22/12) DWI, fined $535 and  probation to the court for one year.

•Justin Thomas Schumann, 22, Little Falls; (offense: 12/03/12) DWI, fined $450, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Schumann was one count of DWI.

•Douglas Jay Noble, 49, Onamia; (offense: 5/10/14) DWI, fined $565, sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Noble was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI.

•Grant Joseph Prozinski, 51, Little Falls; (offense: 6/4/14) crimes against railroad, trespass or allow animals on track, yard or bridge, fined $185, sentenced to three days in jail and probation to court for one year.

•Justin Joseph Zimmerman, 29, Little Falls; disorderly conduct, fined $135.
