Freeport woman charged with possession of drugs and disorderly conduct

Holly Anne Pilarski, 35, Freeport, was charged June 17 with one felony count of fifth degree possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

The Little Falls Police responded June 16 to a report of a woman both pounding on the door of a residence and going through a vehicle and removing items which did not belong to her.

The suspect was located and identified as Pilarski. According to the criminal complaint, she was acting strangely and seemed to be all over the place with her thoughts and comments and could not comprehend the situation.

Pilarski was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.

At the Morrison County Jail, a dental floss container was found on her person containing two small baggies of a crystal-like substance. A pipe was also found. Both tested positive for methamphetamine. Also found were three other baggies containing a crystal-like substance.

If convicted, Pilarski faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.
