Forcier gets 18 months for not registering his address

A Little Falls man was convicted July 2 of knowingly violating registration requirements for a predatory offender, a felony.

As required by law, Christopher Lee Forcier, 35, a convicted predatory offender, registered his address with law enforcement as being in Randall.

On Nov. 4, 2013, a deputy with the Morrison County Sheriff’s Department went to the apartment where Forcier said he was living to do a compliance check.

The person who answered the door said she had signed a lease for the apartment in October 2013. The owner of the apartment said Forcier had moved out in October 2013.

Forcier met with a Morrison County deputy and admitted he had moved out of the Randall apartment, that he lived at another address and that he failed to register a change of address as required by the predatory offender laws.

Forcier was placed under arrest. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and fined $135.
